Does anyone have any idea as to what happened to Jim Vogel, trombone, '75? I last talked to him sometime in the mid to late '80s. He said he was using vacation time to work for Habitats for Humanity, but of course, if you remember Vogel, you remember that you had to take everything he said with a grain of salt...
Thanks Mark Smith,'74

Thanks Mark Smith,'74 Howdy Mark, I've been looking for him as well just using some public people search engines. Was his father's name "Buford B Vogel" (age 74)? and his mother's name "Joann C Vogel"(age 67)? There's a "James Vogel" in Manassas with thoses two listed as relatives, with the James Vogel age listed as 50, so the names and ages appear to be in the ballpark. We gotta find him if he's willing to be found ;-). Rich

Hi Richard,
Great to see you and everyone on Saturday. Looking forward to the next one. What search engine did you use? I couldn't ind anything on him on zabasearch- even knew his middle name was "Allen". Yes, Buford was Jim's father's name, and Joann sounds right for his mom. The ages sound right also, although that would make Mrs. Vogel 17 when Jim was born. Of course, they were from West Virginia...
Regards Mark
